2025 HEST SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
Seahawks Families,
The 2025 season is here, and we are ready for another fun season!
This year we are rolling out a Family Sponsorship Program. This is a great way to support HEST without having to do any work! All sponsors will get social media shoutouts in addition to what is detailed below.
- Website Sponsor ($250): Want to be on the front page of our website? Sponsor the cost for our website and we will put your name on the front page (Thank you to the X family!).
- Dolphin Watch Sponsor ($200): Help us cover the costs of our Dolphin Timers with a $200 donation, and we’ll give you shoutouts at our Home Meets!
- Friday Donut/Treat Sponsor ($150): Help us purchase Fun Friday Donuts for all the swimmers. We’ll list you as the Fun Friday Sponsor in the weekly Seahawks Splash newsletter and display your name on the donut table.
- Spirit Sponsors ($100): Help us fund extra team spirit items such as banners, posters, and Seahawks Spotlight signage! You’ll be thanked in the weekly Seahawks Splash newsletter.
- Heat Sheet Sponsors ($50): Printing those heat sheets is expensive. Sponsoring families with receive a copy of the heat sheets for home and away meets!
- Coaches Shirt Sponsors ($30): Help us keep our coaches looking stylish by donating $30 toward a coach's shirt! We will let that coach know who sponsored them, and your swimmer can get their photo with them and their new shirt!
- End-of-the-Season Sponsors ($25): Help us fund decorations and supplies for the End-of-Season Awards Banquet. You’ll be listed as “Banquet Sponsors” at the event.
- Prize Sponsors ($20): We always need extra funds for prizes for Time Trials, the Girls Invitational, and the End of the Year Party! Become a Prize Sponsor and help us get floaties, gift cards, and other items for the kids to win!
