HEST families can now manage swimmer meet declarations and parent volunteer signups directly from their phones using the SportsEngine Motion app. SportsEngine Motion is the new name for Team Unify. If you’ve used Team Unify in the past, this is the updated version of that same great tool—just with a new name and fresh look!

What You Can Do in the App

  • Declare your swimmer for meets (attending or not attending)
  • Sign up for parent volunteer jobs
  • Stay up to date with team events and updates
  • Access practice and meet calendars

How to Download
The app is free and available on both Apple App Store and Google Play. Look for the SportsEngine Motion app—not just "SportsEngine". See below. It will have the word "Motion" in a yellow bar underneath the logo. Do not download the version with the NBC peacock logo—that's a different app!

Logging In
Use the same login credentials you used when you registered your swimmer for the HEST team. Once logged in, you'll have full access to your swimmer’s profile, meet schedules, and volunteer opportunities.

The Meet Mobile app offers both free and paid versions on both Apple App Store and Google Play. The free version provides access to basic meet information, including heat sheets and some event progress updates. A paid subscription unlocks features like real-time race results and access to all meets using the app for the year.

Free Features

  • Free download: The app itself is free to download and use.
  • Heat sheets: Free access to heat sheets, including events, heats, and lanes.
  • Event progress updates: Updates on event progress throughout the meet. 
 
Paid Features (Subscription Required)
  • Real-time meet results: Access to real-time, unofficial race results as soon as they are processed. 
  • Full access to meet results: Access to cumulative and subtractive splits, as well as other detailed information. 
  • Subscription options: Monthly ($6.49) and annual ($19.99).
