Meet Information for Swimmers & Families
Get ready for one of the sweetest nights of the season — it’s time for the 20th Annual Girls Invitational!
- Location: Huntington Estates Bath & Tennis Club (1315 Hobson Rd, Naperville, IL 60540)
- Registration: This meet is open to girls in the 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18 age groups. No 6 & under swimmers permitted. All participants must be registered MSC swimmers.

Meet Schedule
- Pool Deck Opens: 4:00 PM
- Warm-Ups: 4:30 PM – 5:25 PM
- Meet Begins: 5:30 PM
- Coaches Meeting: 4:15 PM (behind the blocks)
Parking
- Parking at HEBT is limited and will close once full
- DO NOT park at the Hobson Medical Building across the street from the pool. You will be towed!
- Overflow parking available down the street to the east at The Compass Church.

Warm-Up Lanes
- 4:30–4:45 PM:
- Lanes 1–6: Huntington Estates
- 4:45–5:25 PM:
- Lane 1: Huntington
- Lane 2: Cress Creek Country Club
- Lane 3: Hobson West
- Lane 4: Naperville Tennis Club
- Lane 5: Cress Creek Commons
- Lane 6: Centennial Beach
Swim Entries: Email entries to Tom Jensen at [email protected] and [email protected] (send to both).
The deadline is NOON on Sunday, June 22. Only drops will be accepted after the deadline.
- Each swimmer may compete in up to 3 events (not including the Fun Freestyle Relay)
- No NTs — enter each swimmer’s fastest time from this season
- Heats will run slowest to fastest
Events & Relays
- Events follow the standard NSC meet lineup (including the 15–18 50 Free)
- No swimmer may swim more than 3 events
- Fun Freestyle Relays (exhibition only – not counted as an event nor a City qualifying time)
- Each team may enter 4 relays:
- 7–8, 9–10, 11–12, and 13–18
- Each relay includes 8 different swimmers
- NEW THIS YEAR: Relays must be entered in the Entry File to assist timeline planning
Team Areas & Bullpens
Teams will be located on the grass surrounding the pool
- Team Areas:
- Please stay inside the roped-off areas.
- Swimmers may not go into the pond or play too close to the pond. It is up to parents to watch children around the pond.
- View the team area map.
- Bullpens:
- Each team is responsible for organizing and bullpening their own swimmers.
- A designated Bullpen Lane will be restricted to swimmers, coaches, and bullpen volunteer.
- Teams must coordinate behind the blocks for proper heat placement.
Concessions: A full concession stand will be available on the pool deck.
Results & Awards
- Results available on Meet Mobile
- Hard copies will be posted near the announcer’s table during the meet
- Award labels will be sent to teams the day after the meet
- Top Event Winners receive a $5 Dairy Queen gift card (pickup during meet)
- Heat Winners can redeem prizes at the Awards Table
- High Point Awards will be given by age group
