IMPORTANT UPDATE: No Practice Friday for ALL Age Groups Due to Picture Day!

Today (Friday) is HEST Team Picture Day, and there will be NO morning practice for any swimmers—this now includes the 13-14s and 15 & up, whose practice has officially been CANCELED.

Here’s the Picture Day schedule:

  • Arrive no later than 8:45 AM

  • Enjoy a light breakfast

  • Team photo at 9:00 AM sharp followed by individual photos

  • Be sure to wear your team suit and bring those smiles! 😄
