TIME TRIALS TODAY!

Get ready, Seahawks—it’s our first "home meet" of the season, and it’s all about practice, fun, and learning!  This meet is JUST for our team and is a great way for new families to get familiar with how swim meets run.

  • Who: Swimmers ages 7–14 (No 6 & unders for this one)

  • 15–18s: We need your help working the meet—thank you in advance!

  • Where: HEBT Pool

  • Theme: RED & BLACK — show your Seahawk spirit!

Schedule:

  • Arrive: 7:30 AM

  • Positive Check-In Closes: 7:45 AM

  • Warm-Ups Begin: 7:45 AM

  • Meet Starts: 8:30 AM

Swimmers will compete in 4 events based on age group (no IMs for this meet):

  • Freestyle

  • Butterfly

  • Backstroke

  • Breaststroke
